#MindUnclocked
Behavioral psychology and AI — for CEOs, senior leaders, and organizations navigating the human side of performance.
About
I am a doctoral researcher in Educational Psychology and a business psychology coach working at the intersection of behavioral science, leadership communication, and artificial intelligence.
For over 13 years I have worked with senior managers and corporate professionals across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE — helping them understand why people behave the way they do under pressure, conflict, and change.
That same lens now applies to AI — because the hardest problems in any organization are never technical. They are always human.
Programs
Each program is designed for senior professionals who need more than frameworks — they need insight that changes how they think, communicate, and decide.
A four-day deep dive into subconscious behavior, motivation science, Transactional Analysis, body language, and vocal authority — designed exclusively for senior managers navigating complex organizations.
4-Day ProgramThe psychology of commanding presence. Vocal authority, nonverbal influence, and high-stakes communication — for leaders who need to be heard, not just listened to.
16 HoursOne-to-one behavioral psychology coaching for CEOs and senior executives. Tailored to your specific leadership context — available in Arabic and English, online or in-person.
By ApplicationI develop psychological frameworks for AI architecture — helping organizations design systems that work with human behavior, not against it. From behavioral prompt engineering to chatbot personality design grounded in Transactional Analysis and cognitive science.
AI & Psychology
Engineers build the technology. I build the behavioral architecture underneath it — the psychological frameworks that determine how your AI communicates, responds, persuades, and is trusted by the humans who use it.
Most AI failures are not technical. They are psychological. The chatbot feels cold. Employees don't trust it. Adoption stalls. The reason is always the same: nobody designed the human layer.
What leaders say
"I spent years in management training. This is the first time someone explained why I behave the way I do under pressure — and gave me tools that actually work in a boardroom."

Insights
AI & Behavior
Your organization deployed the tool. Employees are using it. But adoption is lower than expected, trust is absent, and nobody can explain why. The answer is not in the algorithm — it is in the psychology underneath it.
